food pictures

i take pictures of food ALL THE TIME. (my cousin thy in switzerland once pointed out "did you ever notice everyone in our family takes pictures of food?") My secret dream job is to sit around and take pictures of food. well, i have learned there are actual jobs out there as food stylists and I'M GAME.

i found the blog pictures & pancakes (aka great & even better) through simply photo (same artist as simply breakfast) and i'm in love...i could look at food pictures all day. plus they have recipes posted too, what more could you ask for?

diamonds are a girl's best friend

many congratulations to kara and zach!!! they got happily engaged on easter via a golden egg and a jeweled frog prince, and i could not be happier for one of my favorite blogger friends! she is such a talented jewelry designer (i wear my copper and herkimer diamond earrings nearly everyday, i love them THAT MUCH) you should check out her work and send her a big hug ;)

i heart the west coast

i apologize for the hiatus--we recently went on a nice [not quite] long [enough] vacation across california, then work got crazy [as usual] so NOW i'm finally back. i've narrowed this post down to my 10 favorite pictures from the whole trip. (the actual trip folder contains 1098 jpegs. this is not counting 4 rolls of film i don't have time to scan in...)
