I'm skeptical of the structural stability of the cake as depicted in the image. If indeed the alligator had bitten off the portion shown as missing, then it's likely that the oversized "1" candle would cause the cake to topple and the candle to fall onto the alligator. I guess that's what he gets for being too eager...
